Return & Refund Policy

  • Within 3 days (with receipt): Returns may be accepted.

  • After 3 days (up to 14 days): Store credit may be issued — receipt required.

  • After 14 days: No refunds or credits unless approved by management.

  • All items must be:

    • In new condition

    • In original packaging

    • With tags intact

Note: All refunds and credits are at management’s discretion.

  • Fragile items are carefully wrapped at purchase

  • Mia’s is not responsible for:

    • Damaged or broken items after leaving the store
